From September 2015 GMC Consulting LLChas reached to an agreement with Louis Berger SAS for provision of sub-consultancy support services for Azerbaijan Roads Reconstruction and Upgrading Project, Azeri Roads Institutional Strengthening Project. The Project was successfully completed in July 2016.
Louis Berger provided support for the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads for the ongoing road sector institutional reform by helping policymakers gradually open the sector to greater private sector participation.
