Project description:
Under the IBRD Loans 7889 AZ and 8602 AZ and IDA 4723 AZ the Contract No. CW 2016-1 was financed by the IBRD for the 4 Laning of the Baku-Shamakhi-Muganli Road from km 15+140 to km 44+600, Third Azerbaijan Highway Project.
The Contract comprises of rehabilitation of the section that commences at km 15+140, and then runs to the Western direction towards Jengi village of Gobustan Region up to km 44+600.
The start date of the project was set on October 17, 2016 and it was completed in December 2017.
The Project Commencement date was established as the 17th of October 2016 and completion was achieved in December 2017. The approved final Contract Price of Civil Works was 47,200,000.00 AZN (27,764,705.83 USD).
