GMC Consulting LLC provided sub-consultancy services for IRD Engineering SRL from January 2016 for Construction Supervision for the Road Network Development Program, Tranche 4, Design and Build Four Bridges in Ganja – Gazakh Region till October 2017.

Under the Loan 3116-AZE, the Contract No. 02/2014/AZE, Construction of Four Bridges and Rehabilitation of 5 (five) Local Roads in the Ganja-Gazakh Region was financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the Road Network Development Investment Program, Tranche 4 (the Program) under the proposed Multi-Tranche Financing Facility (MFF).
Construction of Four Bridges in the Ganja-Gazakh Region comprised demolition and reconstruction of three bridges (Bridge No. 1 over Railway on R-24 Aghstafa-Poylu-Sadiqli Road, Bridge No. 3 over Ajidara River on R-24 Poylu-Sadiqli-Georgia Road and Bridge No. 4 over Aghstafa River on Y-05-08 Poylu-Duzqislaq-Qazakh Road) and construction of a new bridge (Bridge No. 2) on the Kur River.
The Project Commencement date was established as the 15th of January 2016 and completion was achieved in October 2017. The approved final Contract Price of Civil Works was 54,413,173.31 AZN (32,007,749.01 USD).
