POLICY of “GMC Consulting” LLC IN QUALITY
- Since June 2015, “GMC Consulting” LLC has been operating mainly in the consulting sector for the construction of highways and automobile roads.
- “GMC Consulting” LLC has established extensive relationships with various international consulting companies in projects financed by various international financial institutions such as the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and gained experience.
- “GMC Consulting” LLC implements the policy of constantly improving the services it offers by applying the Quality Management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 International standard and the strategic development strategy it has chosen, based on the following principles:
- Compliance with national legislative and regulatory requirements for the provision of consulting services on the construction of highways and highways;
- Comprehensive study of the requirements and expectations of customers and other parties interested in the company’s activities and consideration in the planning and implementation of activities;
- Constantly improving the quality and reliability of the services provided in accordance with their demands and proposals in order to gain customer satisfaction;
- Organization of high-quality and guaranteed service that meets the contract conditions with the application of new technologies and knowledge;
- Constantly raising the level of professionalism of employees and conducting internal and external training to achieve the set goals, ensuring their constant high qualification and increasing their potential.;
- To conduct analyzes to comply with the requirements of my quality management system, to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with the signed contracts, to define goals and targets to minimize risks and to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the activity by achieving them.;
- Support of the quality management system created on the basis of the ISO 9001:2015 International standard by the management and carrying out relevant work for constant improvement.
- The management of the company considers the creation of a Quality Management System based on the above principles as an important strategic direction in the company’s activity. The Quality Management System is considered as a functional tool that creates conditions for the effective establishment of business processes and their effective management and is the main reason. Building and managing such a system will allow us to meet the demands and expectations of our customers.
- We have defined the following strategic goals for the implementation of this Policy:
- 1. Ensuring full compliance with existing standards and customer requirements in the field of services provided to customers.
- 2. To achieve that all the quality indicators of the services we provide are at a higher level than the services of our competing companies.
- Each employee must personally participate in the achievement of the company’s goals: the quality of the services we provide, including the image of the company among customers and partners, their trust in us, depends on the work of each of them.
- The management of the company undertakes to comply with the current quality policy, to provide conditions and resources for its implementation, and to bring this policy to the attention of all the company’s employees and interested parties, and declares the current policy as the main line of activity.
